Payment happens on Stripe pages. Card number, expiry and the verification digits never touch this site, never appear on any screen here, and never enter a system we run.
Stripe returns a short record: an address to reach you at, the trading name, the lines and counts chosen, the state of health the subscription is in, and the two references Stripe keeps against the customer and against the subscription. The account is that record.
Running these products for you involves handling whatever the enrolled systems emit. The precise list follows the claims you purchased.
None of this is read for our own ends, none of it is offered to anybody, and none of it trains anything. Should that ever be reconsidered, the change would come to account holders in writing first and not by way of an edit to this page.
A filing raised in the portal, or sent as a note to the desk, is kept intact: the subject you gave it, the situation you set out, each note an engineer added below, and any file that came with it. Separating a problem from its own history helps nobody afterwards.
