Everything here renews monthly and is paid ahead, which keeps most of this brief. The remainder is on the page so the boundary is legible while nothing is going wrong.
Entered on the register, 29 August 2026Everything is monthly and paid ahead. Stop and the month you already bought stays yours to the end of it, and nothing further is taken. No minimum commitment, no exit charge, and no obligation to justify the decision to anybody here.
Two routes close a subscription: the billing screen inside your portal, or one line of writing to support@usainnovationsit.com. Neither route is treated as more official than the other, and both take effect once the period already paid for has run out.
Dropping a count is an alternative to removing a line outright. The smaller number takes over at the next billing date.
Cancelling does not switch anything off that afternoon. Sensors keep working, copies keep running and the desk keeps answering right through to the date your payment covered, because that time was paid for and belongs to you.
A partial month is not routinely divided up and handed back. Where circumstances make that unfair, say so and somebody examines the particular case instead of quoting policy at you.
These are the situations that produce a refund rather than an argument.
Set down here so the boundary can be seen up front, rather than surfacing mid argument.
Stripe retries a declined card on its own schedule while we write to the account address. Nothing is dismantled over one failure. Where payment stays unresolved, lines are suspended before anything is removed, and each stage is announced rather than sprung on you.
Invoicing errors occur. Ours get corrected and the difference returned, with no requirement that you spotted it inside some short window to qualify. Point at the invoice and we will work it out from there.
Disputing a charge is your right. Writing to us is usually quicker and considerably less disruptive, because a dispute can freeze an account while somebody investigates it. Statements read FORTIFY 24X7, which is worth circulating internally before a colleague reports a charge nobody in the office recognises.
Send us the invoice or the date, at support@usainnovationsit.com , with a note on what appears wrong. A person opens it. Answers come back in ordinary English, and a refusal arrives carrying its reasoning rather than a clause number.
